The method

How we decide the way your product gets made.

Which ingredients you use, how much heat they see, how it tastes, how it is packed and how it is made are not separate choices — change one and the others move too. We work them out together, because that is how they behave once they are in a real bottle on a real shelf.

Four principles

How manufacturing decisions get made here.

01

Ingredient evaluation

GIH assesses components for actual product value — considering serving size, stability, taste, consumer application and format suitability. Not what is cheapest to source, and not what looks strongest on a panel.

02

Strategic technology integration

Tesseract technology is deployed selectively to enhance delivery, stability, taste, solubility and bioavailability — not as an end in itself, and not as a marketing line when it adds nothing.

03

Low-temperature active infusion

Active ingredients are introduced during final production stages as temperatures decrease, minimizing heat damage to sensitive compounds. This is most consequential in gummies, where heat quietly destroys the reason the product exists.

04

Post-production coordination

Manufacturing connects with packaging, labeling, inventory management, 3PL and reorder planning to support customer retention — because a great batch that ships badly is still a failed launch.

The economic argument

Cheap manufacturing becomes expensive later.

Short-term cost-cutting reliably produces product disappointment, which raises customer acquisition costs, reduces brand trust and lowers lifetime value. A better-made product may cost more upfront. A disappointing one costs more forever.

What cheap costs

  • Product disappointment
  • Higher customer acquisition costs
  • Reduced brand trust
  • Lower lifetime customer value
  • Weak retention and poor reviews

What quality returns

  • Products that work as promised
  • Repeat purchase behavior
  • Word-of-mouth and organic growth
  • Retail and marketplace credibility
  • Lower blended acquisition cost over time

Operational standards

The floor we build on.

GMP-compliant, FDA-registered

A registered facility operating under Good Manufacturing Practices across every workflow.

NSF GMP, ISO 9001:2015, USDA Organic

Third-party certifications covering supplement-specific GMP, quality management and organic capability.

Bioavailability-focused formulation

Formulation approached from the question of what the body can actually absorb and use.

Guided by the best scientific knowledge at every formulation stage.
